TESTS Environmental was founded to provide clients with something increasingly difficult to find: experienced environmental consulting delivered with personal attention, responsive communication and practical guidance.
After more than 27 years in the environmental industry, Founder and President Shawn Robbins established TESTS to bring large-firm technical experience into a more focused, client-centered consulting practice.
Every project receives direct professional involvement—from the initial conversation and scope development through fieldwork, laboratory coordination, technical interpretation and final reporting.
The result is environmental consulting that is technically sound, clearly communicated and appropriate for the property, people and decisions involved.

Meet Shawn Robbins
Founder and President
Shawn Robbins is an environmental consultant with more than 27 years of experience supporting property owners, managers, contractors, healthcare facilities, schools, government agencies and commercial project teams.
His background includes asbestos and lead consulting, mold and moisture assessments, indoor air quality investigations, environmental sampling, project monitoring, technical reporting and coordination with qualified analytical laboratories. His qualifications include California and federal lead credentials, California and Nevada asbestos credentials, and certification as an Indoor Air Quality Manager.
As founder and president of TESTS Environmental, Shawn remains directly involved in project planning, field evaluations, technical interpretation and client communication.
